I am a long time business owner, coach & therapist who loves to travel and empower others create freedom based lifestyles. I specialize in helping people move through major transitions, positive or negative, to create forward momentum as they reimagine their lives following significant change.
My approach to coaching and therapy is based on the Rapid Transformational® model which helps my clients access their subconscious. So often, we try to effect change in our lives logically and consciously. The trouble with this is, that 95% of our actions flow from subconscious thoughts and feelings. This traditional approach demands a lot of effort with frustratingly little to show for it.
The Rapid Transformational® model helps us bypass that grunt work and gain direct access to subconscious road blocks that may be holding you back. The end result is lasting change with far more ease than we've been conditioned to think is possible.
